RETURN POLICY

Cancellation:
You can cancel your order before we ship or produce the product. If the cancellation is made in time, you will receive a full refund. However, once the product is shipped out, we cannot cancel the order.

Returns (if applicable):
We accept returns within 14 days after you receive the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase in hand. Do not send the purchase back to the manufacturer. Shipping costs for returns will be charged to the customer only once, and there will be no restocking fee for returning a product.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a notification. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account. Sometimes it takes time for refunds to be posted. You can also contact your credit card company and bank to inquire about the status. If you have done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at support@voxols.com.
